How do I order a poster?
Start by looking for a nice photo of your pet, then you can choose the type of portrait you are interested in. Do you want a Memorial poster, one of our beautiful illustrations or simply just get your favorite photo on a poster to put on your wall? We have all the options. When you have made your choice, you upload your image and fill in the various choices that are available under each product. Keep in mind that the image should have a good resolution, preferably around 300 dpi. If the photo is below 150 dpi, the resolution is too low. The photo should be taken in good light (preferably daylight) and ears etc. should be included in the image for the best illustration of your pet. When you are satisfied with your order, you put it in the shopping cart and pay at the checkout. Your order usually comes to you by post within a few days.
What should I consider when choosing a photo for the Memorial poster?
Our Memorial poster is unique and slightly different from the other styles because our illustrators give your pet beautiful transparent angel wings. To get the best effect and for our illustrators to be able to create a poster with a deep feeling and a beautiful appearance, we would like to ask you to carefully choose a clear image with a good resolution and where your pet´s position is seen from the front. Also remember to choose an image with a background that feels okay. Our illustrators will do their utmost to create as beautiful image as possible and it is important to us that you feel satisfied with the photo you choose from the start.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We always work to deliver within 3-7 working days.
Do you offer previews?
Yes we do! As soon as our illustrator has created your painting we will send you an email to the same email adress you entered when you placed your order. You can then decide if you wants us to make any changes or if you approve that we send it to print. You have three days to provide feedback on your preview. If we hear nothing back in three days, we consider your portrait to be approved and will send it to the printing agency.
What sizes are available?
Our posters are available in various sizes, ranging from small to large formats. We offer 15×20 cm, 30×40 cm and 50×70 cm. The specific dimensions for each product can be found on the individual product page.
How is the quality of your posters?
Our heavier-weight, white, premium matte paper has a natural, smooth uncoated finish that feels luxurious to the touch. The 200 gsm/ 80 lb paper weight makes it durable and long-lasting. We use FSC-certified paper or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability. It’s better for the people and the planet.
How are the posters packaged for shipping?
Each poster and frame are shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.
What should I do if my poster arrives damaged?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, we ship internationally and can do to many countries, if you are unsure please contact us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking link when your product has been sent.
What is your return policy?

How do you work with sustainability?
We have chosen to cooperate with a local printing company that prints, packs and ships the products locally, most often in the country where you live. All products are made with responsible and sustainable materials and are manufactured in accordance with international and national product safety regulations. They always strive to use materials responsibly. Their printed paper products and canvases are made from paper and wood from sustainably managed forests with a sustainable forestry system in place. They cooperate with suppliers who offer high quality products.
