Refund policy
At Petify Posters, our top priority is that you are completely satisfied with your portrait. Before your order is sent to print, we always email you a preview so you can approve the final design or request changes.
Right of withdrawal for custom-made goods
Because all our portraits are custom-made based on your choices (photo, pet name, style, size, and optional frame), they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, ch. 2 § 11 p. 3). This means you cannot cancel your order once you have approved the preview and production has started.
Complaints under the Consumer Sales Act
The Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) always applies. If your item is faulty — for example damaged in transit, has print defects, or does not match the approved preview — we will replace it or refund you at no cost. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, and no later than three years after delivery.
How to file a complaint
Contact us at info@petifyposters.se as soon as possible after discovering the fault. Please include photos showing the problem and your order number, and we'll handle your case as quickly as we can.
