Payment and prices

All prices are current and subject to change in the future. The individual and current total price of your order is showing at checkout plus 25% VAT.

To be able to order from us, customers must be at least 18 years old. According to Swedish law, we do not accept credit purchases to persons under the age of 18. As sellers, we reserve the right to refuse or modify a customer’s order in individual cases (for example, if the customer has provided incorrect personal data and/or has order remarks).

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Free shipping
    We always offer free shipping. Delivery time is approximately 3-7 workdays to the nearest postal service point.

Please be extra careful when entering your delivery address, we are not responsible for lost shipments if the customer’s address is incorrect. If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive any compensation to the customer for delivery delays.

All delivery conditions apply within Sweden. Please note that letters and parcels are held at your local service point for only 14 days after which they are returned to us. We will then treat the letter/parcel as an unclaimed parcel – see below.

Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon receipt of the product. In cases where the customer chooses not to redeem the ordered shipment, the customer will be charged the cost of the corresponding freight (round trip), postal advance fee and handling fee. As a customer, you may therefore be liable for the return costs charged by the carrier. Take extra care to ensure that your notification details are correct.

Returns and right of withdrawal

As all of our products are personalized and custom-made for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This means that the purchase is binding and the right of withdrawal rule in the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act does not apply, see point “Goods that are custom-made according to the consumer’s wishes or that have a distinct personal touch”. Refund policy

Because your order is 100% unique and tailored to you and your pet, we do not accept returns/refunds.

Complaint

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. Customers who wish to claim an error in an ordered item must contact Petify Posters as soon as possible after the error has been discovered. Complaints made within two months from when you discovered the fault are always considered to have been submitted in time. You have a three-year right to complain about goods purchased on the site. Once the advertised item is approved, Petify Posters will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Petify Posters reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. Inability to satisfy the customer

If Petify Posters feels that the company or its employees cannot satisfy a customer, due to any circumstances, Petify Posters has the right to refund the customer the money paid for a product without completing the delivery of the product.

You can cancel an order at any time until it has started production. However, you cannot cancel a purchase after your goods have been manufactured and delivered. If your product is damaged during delivery, we will of course replace it with a new one, please contact us as soon as possible at info@petifyposters.se.

The purchase is also stored in our business system. According to the Accounting Act, this must be stored for 7 years. What is stored is:

We send an order confirmation email to confirm when an order is placed. If you happen to fill in incorrect information, delivery address, invoice address or similar, we can easily correct this if you contact us directly.

Subcontractor

We send out our orders via our subcontracted printers. When an order is placed, delivery information is sent to this supplier. They save your first name, surname, delivery address, mobile number and email address.

How long will my personal data be stored?

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Collected email addresses with consent are stored until unsubscribed or until consent is withdrawn via contact.
